- 一、个人简介吴阳，男，汉族，1980年5月出生于湖北省随州市，2010年博士毕业于中国科学院武汉病毒研究所。 现在中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所脑科学研究中心从事大脑神经环路标记病毒工具新技术、疾病基因治疗病毒载体制备与改造新方法的研究。已经发表SCI研究论文10篇，申请国内外发明专利13项（中国专利8项，美国专利4项，欧洲专利1项），已经获得授权的有中国发明专利7项，美国发明专利1项。其中，第一和共同通讯作者代表性论文Human Gene Therapy Methods, 2019,30(5):172-183.，Molecular Therapy- Methods & Clinical Development, 2018,10 :38-47. 有效解决了重组腺相关病毒载体(rAAV)大规模高效制备的瓶颈问题，为基因治疗病毒载体的制备提供了重要的新方法。第一作者代表性论文Virus Research, 2011,155:406-14.为研究丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的复制机制与抗病毒药物筛选提供了方便有效的双报告基因病毒感染模型。二、教育经历2007.09 - 2010.06，中国科学院武汉病毒研究所，生物化学与分子生物学，博士2004.09 - 2007.06，郑州轻工业学院，发酵工程，硕士2000.09 - 2004.06，郑州轻工业学院，生物工程，学士三、工作经历2016.07 - 至今，中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所，脑科学研究中心，助理研究员2014.06 - 2016.06，中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所，神经影像学科组，博士后2013.08 - 2014.05，美国凯斯西储大学医学院，生理与生物物理系，博士后2010.07 - 2013.07，中国科学院武汉病毒研究所，抗病毒药物学科组，助理研究员
